For over 40 years, we’ve been committed to quality, integrity and results. We are now looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Coordinator to help drive the next phase of our growth. About the role The Trade Marketing Coordinator is a key role in connecting Marketing and Sales, ensuring our brand strategy is effectively executed at the point of sale and in-store. Working closely with the Sales, Marketing and NPD, you will take ownership of trade marketing initiatives across Australia. You will be responsible for maintaining the commercial toolbox, coordinating promotional materials, supporting product launches, and delivering data-driven insights to optimise performance. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on variety, ownership and cross-functional collaboration, whilst thinking commercially and being accountable for results. What you will do Develop, own and manage the Caruso’s commercial toolbox, including POS, sell-in materials, planograms and training assets Lead the coordination, production, and stock management of trade marketing materials Support execution of trade campaigns across retail, digital and in-store environments Partner with Sales and Marketing to align promotional activity with brand strategy Support successful product launches from concept through to in-store execution Assist with trade shows, customer events and co-op campaigns Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights and recommendations Support New Product Development (NPD) coordination Track, analyse and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement Maintain a single source of truth for marketing assets and materials What success looks like High-quality execution in store across all key accounts Trade campaigns that drive measurable sales growth Strong alignment between Sales and Marketing Continuous improvement driven by insights and data What we are looking for 2–4+ years’ experience in trade marketing, marketing or a similar commercial role. Strong organisational and project management skills High attention to detail with the ability to execute at a high standard Confident communicator who can work across multiple teams Commercial mindset with the ability to turn insights into action Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Experience in FMCG, OTC or complementary medicines Exposure to product launches and trade campaigns Experience with tools such as IQVIA, Power BI, Salesforce or similar What’s on offer?
