Senior Financial Accountant (Contract) Ref: 4224, Helderberg Rural

An exciting contract opportunity is available for a Senior Financial Accountant with a reputable FMCG client in Somerset West.

This position involves overseeing financial reporting, general ledger management, tax compliance and audit support, while contributing to cost management, financial analysis and decision-making across operations. You will also manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end processes, and prepare management reports.
 
To be considered, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with 3 – 5 years’ relevant financial accounting experience, preferably within an FMCG environment. A professional accounting qualification is advantageous. Strong financial reporting, general ledger and tax compliance experience is essential, along with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other accounting systems.
