R20 000 - R25 000 CTC per monthMinimum requirements:
3 to 5 years’ experience in a plastics manufacturing environment (Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, or Film Blowing). Proven mechanical and fault-finding skills. Electrical and hydraulic experience (preferred but not essential). Ability to work independently and take ownership of maintenance duties. Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on injection moulding machines. Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on ancillary equipment, including: dryers, hopper loaders, conveyors, cooling towers, chillers and other process support equipment. Diagnose and repair breakdowns on injection moulding machines and ancillary systems. Oversee: mould maintenance, vehicle maintenance, forklift servicing, basic building and facility maintenance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and ensure minimal downtime. Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance effectively. Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Perform other maintenance-related tasks as directed by management.
