Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time or Part-Time Physiotherapist to join our team in the Baulkham Hills area. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in aged care and a proactive approach to resident wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for residents in RACFs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on mobility, pain management, and fall prevention. Deliver individual and group exercise programs to improve strength, balance, and function. Collaborate with care staff, GPs, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic resident care. Educate residents, families, and staff on safe mobility and rehabilitation strategies. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with aged care standards and compliance requirements. Essential Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy. Full AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, resident-focused approach.
