To provide specialised integrated geotechnical expertise to the mine, manage geotechnical investigations and ensure structural stability of residue deposits, waste dumps and stockpiles. Duties&Responsibilities
Intelligence and trend analysis Process optimization Enforce compliance Implement, control and monitor approved changes Direct and assess quality management within function Macroeconomic awareness Functional planning Ensure structural stability Operations effectiveness model and practice Development and identify training gapsExternal relations management Management of functional performance Planning adherence and related compliance Ethics Desired Experience&Qualification
Bachelor of Science / BTech (NQF Level 7) in Rock Engineering / Geology / Mining Experience in Rock Mechanics (Rock Engineering) A total of eight (8) years’ experience, including seven (7) years operational Rock Engineering experience and three (3) years operational middle management experience
