Food and Beverage Manager | Boutique Hotel | Karoo (Touws River)

An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate manager to join a unique boutique hotel in the Karoo within the growing hospitality sector. Located near Touws River, this expanding hotel destination offers diverse guest experiences, including restaurants, glamping, and outdoor activities. The successful Junior F&B Manager will play a key role in supporting food and beverage operations, enhancing service standards, and contributing to new and innovative guest offerings within a dynamic environment.

Job Requirements

Previous experience as an F&B manager or similar role within a 4/5-star hotel or hospitality environment (essential)

Diploma in Food Service Management or related hospitality field (beneficial)

Strong understanding of food and beverage trends within a boutique setting

Solid knowledge of restaurant and bar service standards in a hotel environment

Experience with stock control and basic costing processes

Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office and Micros systems

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse hospitality team

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Package

Salary: R35,000 per month (depending on experience)
