Previous lodge or hospitality experience (front office, guiding, or management support) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively as a couple, sharing responsibilities flexibly Guest-centric approach with attention to detail Administrative competence (reservations, reporting, stock control)Relevant qualifications (hospitality, guiding, or related fields) preferred Willingness to live on-site in a remote lodge environment Candidate Responsibilities
