This role is responsible for planning, managing, and executing promotions and events across a large-scale resort environment, including casino, hotel, and convention spaces. You will design and implement innovative campaigns and entertainment calendars that attract the right audiences, increase footfall, and drive revenue growth. Success in this role requires a balance of creativity and commercial thinking, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with business objectives and delivered within budget.You will take ownership of promotions, competitions, activations, and entertainment programmes, ensuring seamless execution and strong stakeholder collaboration. The role also oversees loyalty programme initiatives, customer engagement strategies, and partnerships, while contributing to broader marketing, PR, and CSI initiatives.Our client is a well-established player in the hospitality and entertainment sector, known for delivering high-quality guest experiences and vibrant, multi-faceted environments that combine leisure, gaming, and events. What You’ll Do Develop and execute promotions, competitions, and on-site activationsPlan and manage a commercially viable entertainment calendar Drive footfall and conversion strategies across gaming and hospitality offerings Manage loyalty and rewards programmes, including campaigns and partnerships Analyse campaign performance and integrate business intelligence insights Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned marketing executionSupport PR, CSI, and social media initiatives Ensure all events and promotions meet brand and operational standards What You Bring Degree or diploma in Marketing or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing management role Experience within gaming, hospitality, or entertainment environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills High level of creativity with strong attention to detail Solid analytical and reporting capability Advanced MS Office and presentation skills Ability to work shifts and operate in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational and administrative skillsEligibility to obtain a Gaming Board License What Success Looks Like Consistently high-quality execution of promotions and events Measurable increase in footfall, engagement, and revenue Strong alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives Effective use of data to inform strategy and decision-makingPositive guest experiences and brand engagement across all touchpoints
