Metallurgical Test Laboratory Manager, Klerksdorp

Requirements:
· Matric/Gr12
· Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in science or related field would be an advantage.
· 10+ years’ operating in an analytical or metallurgical laboratory environment.
· 5+ years in a management or supervisory role
· Familiarity with QA/QC systems and their implementation and maintenance
· Must possess excellent communication (oral and written), organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Possess the ability to make sound informed decisions quickly and to take ownership of these decisions and their outcomes.
· Knowledge of metallurgical test-work procedures, specifically within the physical separation field, would be an advantage.
