Onsite Technician (Office Automation) required in Malalane. Our client, a growing and innovative solutions provider in the office automation space, is seeking a hands‑on Onsite Technician to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working independently, and delivering excellent technical support directly to clients.

Salary: R15k– R20k depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Service, maintain, and repair client devices onsite

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic IT issues

Install and configure print devices and related systems

Complete service calls within SLA timeframes

Perform preventative maintenance to minimise downtime

Manage on‑site stock and maintain accurate documentation

Ensure compliance with safety standards and reporting requirements

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Office Automation industry (essential)

Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for daily site visits

Must reside in the area or be willing to relocate at own cost

Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure

Reliable smartphone compatible with company systems
