Hire Resolve’s client, a prominent mining company in Gauteng is currently looking for an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Foreman. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities, ensuring optimal performance and safety on site.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the electrical and instrumentation team, ensuring maintenance schedules are met. Implement and maintain safety standards and regulations in alignment with company policies. Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems. Prepare and oversee budgets related to electrical and instrumentation maintenance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operational efficiency. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Maintain accurate records and reports regarding maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Grade 12 Relevant Trade Test Certificate 5 years’ experience in a plant environment Experience on MV Switchgears. Extensive knowledge on VSD drives. Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems. Valid driver’s license.
