Provide first-line IT support to clients and internal users Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues Assist senior technicians with installations, maintenance, and support tasks Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment Assist with basic server and network supportMonitor and log support requests and follow up on resolutions Maintain professional communication with clients and team members Minimum Requirements

Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems Networks and TCP/IP Hardware troubleshooting Routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi IT qualification or relevant certifications will be advantageous Strong willingness to learn and grow within the IT industry Good problem‑solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous Remuneration
