We will be conducting interviews and trials over the coming week and are looking to fill this role promptly. About the role Fremantle Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in our South Fremantle practice. This is a part-time position that will involve providing administrative and clinical support to our chiropractors and patients. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our practice. The role offered is a permanent part-time role, and you must be available for 25+ hours per week including Saturdays. Some early starts and late finishes are required, as well as flexibility to assist with extra hours to cover personal leave and holiday leave. What you'll be doing Hosting patients and managing the reception area Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Assisting with patient intake and documentation Maintaining patient records and files Answering phone enquiries and providing information to patients Performing basic clinical tasks as required (full training provided) Providing general administrative support to the chiropractic team and internal/external marketing activities What we're looking for An average of 25-30hrs/week across 4-5 days A caring, warm and dependable team player with exceptional communication skills and who can build rapport quickly A passion for healthcare and helping our community Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to provide a professional, warm and welcoming experience for all patients Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficient in using computer software, including scheduling and patient record systems, Microsoft office suite.
