Hire Resolve’s client is looking for an experienced Talent Management Superintendent individual to be based in the Kuruman, Northern Cape.

Requirements

Grade 12 Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Industrial Psychology SABPP or HPCSA accreditation 5 – 8 years’ experience in EE, ER, Recruitment, Talent Management (experience in the mining department) 3 years’ experience in HR Management 2 years’ experience in operational psychometrics
