Enterprise Systems Specialist, Kuruman

Hire Resolve's client is looking for aEnterprise Systems Specialist to join their team in the Northern Cape. The candidate wouldmanage information and system performance, ensuring data integrity and accurate financial reporting. They oversee system integration and optimization, analyze trends and anomalies, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions. The candidate would also handles database administration, user training, and ensures SHERQ compliance while contributing to business reporting.

Job knowledge o IT procedures and protocols, SQL conversation courses, JDE Computer network configuration training, SharePoint, QlikView, MES, LIMS, AD and Cube

System Knowledge o Advanced system knowledge o QlikView, JDE, On-base, SQL management studio, MineStar, IDO, Enterprise systems, Signinghub, Performance management and Fatigue system

Functional o Functional business processes

Learning orientation o Ability to stay up to date with developments in area of responsibility such as report writing tools

Quality and detail conscious o Database information is accurate and uses methodologies / tools to verify

Innovating o Ability to develop methodologies and database design

Advanced support o In-depth support of JDE, Signinghub, QlikView, and SQL

Problem solving o Ability to resolve database related problems and JDE functional issues

Customer relations o Build effective relationships internal customer to ensure customer satisfaction

Report writing tools o Advanced user of Power Bi and SQL reporting services

Requirements

Grade 12

B. Degree / B. Tech Degree or Commerce in Business Informatics (NQF level 7)

Diploma In Business systems / Business information

Minimum of five (5) years operational Information systems / Business informatics experience• Minimum of three (3) years operational System integration / Data integrity experience • Minimum of three (3) years SQL Script development experience
