Seeking a Finance Manager to lead and strengthen the full finance function of a Agricultural business. This is a senior management role requiring a commercially astute, operationally hands-on, and strategically minded finance professional capable of operating in a fast-paced seasonal production environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for financial control, budgeting, reporting, cost management, producer payment reconciliations, treasury, statutory compliance, audit readiness, and executive decision support.Minimum requirements:

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
AGA(SA) / BCom Accounting / Finance / related qualification. Minimum 5–10 years relevant finance experience. Minimum 3 years in a management role. Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience. Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability. Strong understanding of budgets, cash flow, controls, and compliance.
Highly Advantageous
CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA or equivalent. Agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing, processing, or export industry experience. Cost accounting experience. ERP / systems experience. FX / treasury exposure. Consultant: Angie Botes - Dante Personnel Greenstone
