Engineering Manager, Steelpoort

Overview

A great mining company in Limpopo is seeking the expertise of an Engineering Manager to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage SHERQC compliance within the Department through effective use of the Toolbox Utilise the Information Management System (IMS) to initiate, investigate and report SHERQC status Manage performance against set targets and competencies Ensure IDPs are linked to performance results and implemented as per the plan Document and review the overall maintenance strategy on an annual basis to ensure that it is aligned with the business plan Ensure strict adherence to maintenance work management principles

Requirements:

Grade 12 National Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering GCC Mines and Works ECSA Registered 8 – 12 years’ experience in a plant maintenance mining environment Minimum 4 years at Manager level
