Financial Services Representative (Agricultural Sector)
Location: Lydenburg.
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager: Financial Services

Are you a driven and client-focused professional with a passion for finance and agriculture? Our client is seeking a dynamic Financial Services Representative to join their team and contribute to the growth of their financing portfolio within a designated marketing area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market financing products to clients
• Process and manage credit applications
• Handle client account queries and provide excellent customer service
• Manage and support clients with financing-related matters
• Monitor crop production and compile relevant reports
• Manage, report on, and recover overdue accounts
• Maintain and grow the financing portfolio within the assigned area
• Build and maintain strong internal relationships
• Prepare cash flow budgets and analyse financial statements
• Attend and represent the company at information days and events

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office)

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• 2–3 years’ experience in financial services or financing/credit marketing
• Knowledge of agricultural products and farming practices
• Experience in client service and marketing

• Good understanding of financial principles
• Basic knowledge of agricultural economics, market trends, and industry practices
