We are seeking a Technical Consultant / Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a global tech company. This role involves both Infrastructure&Product Consultancy, acting as an escalation point for a team of 1st/2nd line engineers. The role is split approximately 60/40 between project work and BAU support, dealing with 3rd and 4th line queries. Key skills include Windows Server 2016/2019, O365/M365, Active Directory, Azure/AWS, SCCM/SCOM, PowerShell, SharePoint, and virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Cloud experience with AWS or Azure is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.The role covers product, server, network, and application support and administration, as well as solution implementation. You will work closely with external clients and stakeholders up to C-Level, providing advice and support to maximize system usage. Ownership of specific systems and platforms will be part of your responsibilities, requiring deep technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. You will become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).This is an office and onsite-based role, located in a high-tech facility. It offers opportunities to diversify your skills and advance your career.
