Process Improvement Engineer– Job Overview One of the UK’s largest printers has an opening for a Process Improvement Engineer to assist them in providing a top notch service to their household named client base.

Responsibilities

To ensure maximum potential production output and quality is achieved for the department– this requires the setting of clear objectives for the shift periods.

To drive waste standards across the shifts.

To ensure the equipment is maintained to the highest level ensuring optimum performance.

To ensure the equipment and environment is operated and cared for, meeting all current Health&Safety legislation and conforming to our client’s standards.

To strive to continuously improve process efficiency, eliminating unnecessary costs from the business.

To communicate effectively with Employees, Line Managers and Dept. Managers as required.

Will be involved actively in staff recruitment, selection of employees.

Contribute to the improvement and development of skills within the department.

Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be a great technical problem solver with excellent communication skills.
