Tsebo Facilities Solutions is recruiting an experienced

Mechanical Engineering Manager

to lead the mechanical engineering function across multiple client sites. This role is responsible for the planning, delivery and governance of mechanical maintenance, compliance and improvement activities within an integrated Facilities Management environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all mechanical engineering activities across assigned sites

Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies and 10‑year asset plans

Oversee maintenance, repairs and upgrades of mechanical systems including HVAC, hydraulic systems, pumps

Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and environmental legislation

Manage mechanical teams, contractors and suppliers

Monitor budgets, Capex and project expenditure

Engage clients and internal stakeholders on outages, shutdowns and performance

Drive continuous improvement, energy efficiency and risk mitigation

4‑year Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a mechanical engineering management role

Strong experience in facilities management or multi‑site environments

Proven people, contractor and budget management experience

Technical Experience Required

HVAC systems (large centralised chiller plants and cooling towers)
