Overview

Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a reputable client in the mining industry in the North-West area to find a skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Practitioner. As a Clinical Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimise patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations of patients Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results Prescribe medications and administer treatments Develop and implement individualised care plans Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license Post-graduate qualification as a Clinical Nurse Practitioner (MSN, DNP, or equivalent) Previous experience as a Clinical Nurse Practitioner is preferred Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team Attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic medical record systems Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if required
