Engineering Manager, Mahikeng

Minimum Requirements

N6 Mechanical Engineering / BTech Mechanical Engineering / Degree in Mechanical Engineering essential

Minimum 4-year mechanical qualification required

GCC Factories beneficial, but not essential

Strong people management and leadership experience

Solid hands‑on experience with hydraulic systems, pumps and pump stations

Must be practical, hands‑on and willing to physically assist where required

Experience with preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, contractors, compliance and budgets

Strong problem‑solving, planning and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

Manage mechanical maintenance, repairs and preventive maintenance plans

Oversee hydraulic systems, pump stations, pumping systems and related equipment

Lead and develop the mechanical team

Manage contractors, suppliers, budgets and compliance standards

Ensure equipment reliability, safety and operational efficiency

Salary R100 000– R120 000 per month, negotiable based on experience

Location Pilanesberg
