They are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to focus on direct advertising revenue across the North of England. This person will work closely with local businesses, helping them understand how broadcast and digital advertising can support their growth. What You Will Be Doing
Develop new direct advertising clients through outreach, virtual&in person networking
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to support repeat business
Identify client needs and create tailored advertising solutions across broadcast, digital and promotional channels
Prepare and deliver engaging proposals and sales presentations
Work towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly
Keep accurate records of activity within internal systems
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
What We Are Looking For
1-2 years of experience in media sales, radio advertising or B2B direct sales
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confidence in building rapport with a wide range of clients
A proactive, results‑driven approach with the ability to work independently
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy pipeline
Understanding of local business communities and marketing trends
Proficiency in MS Office
