Key Responsibilities

Leading and developing the Property Litigation team and service offering

Handling a broad caseload of complex property disputes, including landlord and tenant, development disputes, and commercial real estate litigation

Working closely with the Commercial Litigation and Real Estate teams on cross-disciplinary matters

Playing an active role in business development, networking, and client relationship management

Mentoring and support junior lawyers within the team

Contributing to the firm's wider growth strategy and leadership initiatives

Candidate Profile

Qualified Solicitor in England&Wales with significant experience in Property Litigation

Currently operating at Senior Associate, Managing Associate, Legal Director, or Partner level

Strong technical expertise across a range of real estate disputes

Demonstrable experience in client development and relationship management
