A Leading Infrastructure Contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in the Liverpool. The main objective of the role is to deliver the commercial aspects of a programme of EV projects across the UK. You will: Working closely with other team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success.Contributing to compliance with commercial processes and procedures. Producing and presenting detailed CVRs and forecasts, implementing required actions as required. Timely identification and mitigation / communication of programme risks. Projects range from installation of EV charging points, involving electrical and civil engineering works to the upgrading of existing infrastructure to meet demand. Managing the full lifecycle of projects through from initial assessment of grid availability and requirements, through to undertaking full turnkey installation including connections.Candidate Requirements

Our client is looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors looking for a career move. They are also keen to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors looking for career progression. You will have a minimum of 5 years commercial experience across any infrastructure sector for a consultancy, client organisation, main contractor or subcontractor.Must have experience of delivering NEC contracts, including the delivery of change management activities such as early warning notices and compensation events.
