Job Requirements

Deep love for the Bush and Big 5 environment

Dynamic, outgoing personalities with strong hosting ability (including hosting dinners)

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire staff

FGASA Level 2 (must be qualified to conduct Big 5 walking safaris)

Strong commercial acumen: reservations, cost management, P&L

Excellent property marketing skills, including daily social media activity

Spa/salon management experience advantageous

Multilingual abilities an added advantage

Experience within a 5‑star lodge or luxury hospitality environment
