We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to work on new build housing sites across the North West.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the day-to-day running of site operations

Supporting the Site Manager in coordinating subcontractors

Ensuring works are completed to programme and required standards

Maintaining high standards of health&safety on site

Monitoring quality and reporting progress

Requirements

Previous experience on new build housing projects

SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to support and manage site activities effectively

Job Details

£24 per hour
