Account Executive - North West -£Excellent Package, Mahikeng

Overview A global communications provider is seeking an Account Executive to join their dynamic team, managing queries from clients and supporting the wider Client Services Team.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update schedules for allocated clients, owning SLA/Dispatch and Data Receipts.

Track and update KPI metrics and inventory for allocated clients.

Monitor and manage the client‑specific change management process, collaborating with design, development, production, and warehouse teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Provide administrative support and act as client‑facing liaison.

Qualifications

Sound experience managing printing campaigns.

Ability to work under pressure.

Strong project management skills.

Good Microsoft Office skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and knowledge of DM.

Resident in the UK and have recently worked in the print, packaging, or paper sectors.
