Account Manager

marketing communications and print solutions . This forward-thinking organisation delivers high-quality, end-to-end
Direct Mail campaigns
for leading brands and public sector clients. They combine creative flair, production expertise, and data-driven insight to deliver communications that achieve real impact. Working as part of a passionate client services team, you’ll act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring that projects are delivered
on time, on budget, and to the highest standard . You’ll manage the full process from briefing and estimating through to production and dispatch, liaising closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of
Direct Mail
campaigns, from concept to completion. Prepare accurate cost estimates and schedules. Coordinate with internal production, data, and creative teams. Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen client accounts. Requirements
Proven experience managing
Direct Mail
or print-based marketing projects. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong commercial awareness with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
