Basic salary up to£26k (DOE), plus commission.

Overview

Our prestigious client is an established supplier of a vast array of graphic communication products. They have sales offices throughout the UK and the Manchester area office provides a dynamic and supportive working environment.

Responsibilities Given the internal sales role, your main duties are to establish and maintain relationships with all current and prospective customers, ensuring they receive first‑class service at all times, both individually and in support of the client’s outside sales team. The day‑to‑day duties will involve:

Processing orders

Managing quotations

Dealing with product samples

Administration

Communication

Pro‑activity and selling

Team support

Qualifications The role is ideally suited for individuals with experience in inbound/outbound telephone sales and computerised stock&order systems in a busy merchanting environment. Candidates from commercial print and packaging merchanting will be given equal consideration if they possess the ability to thrive in a commodity‑based selling environment.
