This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide range of sectors, producing high-quality tenders and supporting the firm’s ambitious growth strategy.The Responsibilities: Project manage the end-to-end bid process, advising stakeholders and ensuring best practice. Draft, proofread and edit bid content, tailoring responses to client requirements. Utilise and maintain the firm’s centralised bid knowledge base and automated system, including upcoming AI enhancements.Partner with internal teams to develop winning strategies for private and public sector tenders. Provide coaching and support for pitch presentations, helping legal teams prepare for client meetings. Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid processes, templates and systems. Collaborate on strategic projects and share best practice across the wider business development function.The Candidate: Proven experience managing the full bid process within a professional services environment, with strong project management skills. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities, with great attention to detail and confidence liaising with senior stakeholders. Commercially aware, able to craft compelling sales messages and adapt to both public and private sector bid requirements.A proactive, client-focused team player with the ability to balance multiple deadlines under pressure.
