The Role We’re seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead the planning strategy across a portfolio of residential developments. You’ll drive sites through the planning system, manage consultants, and maximise land value in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning strategy for new and existing sites

Manage planning applications, appeals, and negotiations with local authorities

Coordinate external consultants and internal stakeholders

Monitor local plans and identify opportunities/risks

Support land acquisition with planning appraisals and due diligence

Requirements

Proven experience in residential planning (housebuilder or consultancy)

Strong knowledge of the UK planning system

Track record of securing planning consents

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

MRTPI qualified (or working towards) preferred
