The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organisation by managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting and compliance. This role provides strategic financial guidance to senior management, ensures effective financial controls, and supports business decision-making through accurate financial analysis.Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage and monitor budgets, forecasts and financial plans Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies Oversee cash flow management, working capital and cost control initiatives Manage financial audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatorsProvide financial insight and recommendations to support strategic decision-making Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities Lead, supervise and develop finance and accounting staff Review and improve financial processes, systems and internal controls Support business planning, investment appraisals and cost optimisation initiativesAdditional hours may be required during month-end, year-end and budgeting cycles Qualifications&Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline Professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA) preferred Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in finance or accounting, including management responsibility Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and financial analysisExperience using accounting software and financial management systems Skills&Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proven leadership and people management skills Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities High levels of integrity and professionalismAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems Reporting Line
