Bid Team Lead, Mahikeng

An exciting, and rare, opportunity has come up in the North West for a Bid Team Leader, working for a leading law firm. Managing a small team you will take ownership of guiding the function to becoming the best they can be.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with the firm to ensure the business wins the work it wants to work on.

Build and maintain a robust Go/NoGo process to focus on relevant bids.

Coaching and mentoring colleagues in all aspects of the bid process to aid with increasing the win percentage.

Work on all manner of bids and tenders from major public sector frameworks to individual commercial proposals.

Qualifications

Considerable experience at a Bid Manager or Senior Bid Manager level within a law or accountancy firm.

APMP qualification or equivalent.

Ability to build internal relationships, influence senior stakeholders and manage a team.

Experience submitting tenders for large public sector frameworks is a cherry on the cake.
