Details Merchandising and Production Manager– Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Merchandising and Production Manager to join a highly successful fashion business.

This role will take full ownership of the product journey from factory order placement through to customer delivery, ensuring the critical path is maintained, supplier relationships are effectively managed, and customer expectations are met.

Working closely with Directors and Sales Agents, you will sit across both merchandising and production, while also managing a team of Import Merchandisers and taking direct responsibility for factories and suppliers.

Merchandising and Production Manager Responsibilities

Managing the end-to-end product journey from factory order placement through to customer delivery

Ensuring the critical path is maintained across all orders.

Managing and developing relationships with factories and suppliers

Overseeing a team of Import Merchandisers

Working closely with Directors and Sales Agents

Skills and Experience

Extensive experience within merchandising or production management in a wholesale fashion company

Experience managing supplier and factory relationships, ideally with Far East sourcing.

Previous experience working with major retailers such as ASOS.

Familiarity with retailer portals and compliance requirements

Confident with excellent communication skills

Additional Information This is a senior role within a successful fashion business, requiring a confident communicator with strong experience across both merchandising and production.
