The Role We’re looking for a driven Land Manager to identify, assess, and secure land opportunities for residential development. You’ll play a key role in growing the land pipeline and supporting the business’s expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and appraise land opportunities (on- and off-market)

Negotiate land deals, options, and promotions

Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, landowners, and stakeholders

Support planning and technical teams through acquisition process

Prepare land appraisals and assist with bids and board approvals

Requirements

Proven experience in land acquisition (housebuilder, developer, or agency)

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

Good understanding of the UK planning system

Established network in the North West market preferred

Self-motivated with strong communication skills
