The department of local government and housing is looking for who applied RDP houses in the year of 1996-2025. All applicants are could upon to check their RDP houses on the housing subsidy systems for the approval letters for RDP houses and will be notified when allocation will be done telephonically.

The people who applied in 1996-2025 in different locations around City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality, City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality and local municipalities are requested to present the following documents.

1.Be a South African Citizens
2.Be married or living with a partner, or single and have dependents
3.Be over 18 years old and mentally competent to sign contract
4.Demand database receipt / C form
5.ID of Applicant / spauce if applicable
6.Birth certificate of department
7.Proof of income / Affidavit if not receive any income
8.Proof of residence
9.Special needs receipt (if available)
