This Private Reserve is looking for a professional, friendly, and well-presented individual to join their team as a Reservation Front of House Host Position.

The successful candidate must have strong hosting skills and be passionate about guest service and creating an exceptional guest experience.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Handling guest reservations and inquiries
• Welcoming and hosting guests professionally
• Managing check-ins and check-outs
• Ensuring guests feel comfortable and well attended to during their stay
• Responding to emails and telephone calls professionally
• Assisting with guest requests and ensuring excellent customer service
• Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments
• Maintaining reservation records and daily reports

Core Criteria:

• Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, front office, or hosting will be advantageous
• Strong hosting and guest relations skills are very important
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer literacy and email communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Good organisational skills
• Knowledge of reservation systems will be beneficial
