Role: Enterprise Development Practitioner Location: Limpopo - Musina Salary: R400 000 - R420 000 per annum What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting entrepreneurs through one‑on‑one mentorship and coaching Assisting businesses with compliance and registrations such as CIPC, SARS, COIDA, and NHBRC Guiding small businesses with planning, operations, marketing, and financial management Facilitating training sessions and group workshops for entrepreneursAssessing and processing loan applications in line with company procedures Analysing financial information including cash flow, affordability, repayment ability, and supporting documentation Monitoring business progress and maintaining accurate client records Supporting the operation and coordination of the mobile support unitEngaging with entrepreneurs within rural and designated communities Preparing reports, tracking outcomes, and identifying development opportunities Collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery and client experience Minimum Requirements
Relevant qualification in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Development Studies, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in enterprise development, business support, community development, finance, or mentorship Experience with loan application assessments and basic credit risk evaluationWorking knowledge of business compliance processes including CIPC, SARS, COIDA, and NHBRC registrations Ability to analyse financial statements, budgets, cash flow, and business plans Strong administrative and reporting skills with attention to detail Computer literacy essential, including:
Microsoft Word Excel (including basic formulas and reporting) Outlook PowerPoint Data capturing and record management systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to facilitate training and present to groups Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous Willingness to travel to rural and surrounding communities Personal Attributes
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Self‑motivated and proactive Professional, adaptable, and solutions driven Passionate about community upliftment and entrepreneur development Additional Information
The role includes both office‑based and community outreach work Travel to surrounding communities and support sites may be required The successful candidate will report to the Manager or delegated Supervisor If you are passionate about empowering entrepreneurs and contributing to meaningful economic growth within communities, we would love to hear from you.
