Duties and Responsibilities:

Engineering Diploma in Mechanical Engineering certificate or higher Project Management certificate 10 Years Management Experience and background in mechanical maintenance work Oversee and manage all on-site construction and maintenance activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgetCoordinate daily site operations, including supervision of contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management Interpret and implement engineering drawings, plans, and specificationsManage site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets required standards Identify and resolve on-site issues, delays, or risks proactively Liaise with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project executionMaintain accurate site records, including daily logs, incident reports, and material usage Enforce site discipline and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings with site teams Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
