Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a dedicated Senior Engineering Manager in the mining industry to be join their team based in Mpumalanga. This role is essential for leading engineering initiatives and ensuring operational excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Drive engineering function to align with strategic goals and operational targets. Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Develop, implement, and optimize engineering and maintenance strategies. Oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets, adjusting as necessary for efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain high standards of quality for all engineering projects and operations. Engage with city and local stakeholders to uphold the company’s reputation and ensure community relations.

Requirements:

Grade 12 Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. GCC Factories 10 years’ Heavy Industrial Manufacturing (Steel) experience. Valid Drivers’ license
