Qualifications

3+ years' graphic design experience in a creative capacity

Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or related field

Master of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), CorelDraw and InVision

In-depth understanding of typography, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy

Excellent time management and ability to work on multiple projects

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical ability

Creative, innovative, and concept-driven

Detail-oriented with a passion for high-quality design

Able to communicate ideas clearly and confidently

A collaborative team player

Capable of balancing creativity with business and brand objectives

Responsibilities

Translate briefs into strong and effective creative concepts

Create drafts, layouts, mock‑ups, and design prototypes

Produce polished final artwork for both print and digital

Design marketing material, banners, branding assets, and promotional content

Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve creative output and presentation

Apply feedback effectively and make necessary design revisions to concepts based on target market and desired result
