Technical Engineer, The Sands

Responsible for after-sales service, technical support and equipment operation and maintenance of overseas customers, and provide services for customers;

Do the after-sales work in strict accordance with the equipment installation, debugging and maintenance manual;

Responsible for the implementation of products and various affairs of household storage business;

Solve the customer complaint problems of customer feedback, and provide product training and demonstration;

Analyze statistical after-sales data, put forward rationalization construction, maintain customer relations, and improve customer satisfaction. With the following requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering related;
• Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing, can independently participate in overseas customer meetings;
• Strong public relations and coordination ability and customer service awareness, with independent project management experience is preferred;
• Good teamwork ability and quick response ability;
• Can adapt to long-term overseas business trips or stationing points.
