We are looking for a top-notch PA to Director. 

Candidate should have

• some accounting background
• strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills,
• as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and
• maintain confidentiality

Core Skills:

A high-calibre PA needs to be proficient in areas like time management, scheduling, event planning, and travel coordination. They should also be adept at handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and taking accurate meeting notes.

Soft Skills:

Beyond technical skills, a great PA requires strong interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, and the ability to build rapport with various individuals. They must be discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Proactive and Organized:

A top-calibre PA is proactive, anticipating needs and taking the initiative to solve problems before they arise. They should also be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and keep track of deadlines.

Adaptability and Flexibility:

In a fast-paced environment, a high-calibre PA needs to be adaptable and flexible, able to adjust to changing priorities and demands.
