Pest Control Operator (Nelspruit, Mpumalanga)

To carry out professional pest control services at residential, commercial and industrial premises. The Pest Control Operator will be responsible for identifying pest infestations, applying appropriate treatments, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct pest inspections at client premises to identify infestations and determine treatment requirements.

Apply pesticides and other pest control treatments safely and in accordance with regulations and company procedures.

Provide pest prevention advice and recommendations to clients.

Complete service reports and maintain accurate treatment records.

Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of pesticides and equipment.

Maintain pest control equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.

Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Maintain good customer service and professional conduct when interacting with clients.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 (Matric).

Valid Pest Control Operator License – P Number (P License) registered with the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development.

Valid driver’s licence.

At least 1–2 years experience in pest control services.

Knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods and pesticide application.

Ability to work independently and manage service schedules.
