Requirements:

Agricultural qualification (advantage)

• 10 Years' Farm management experience (needs to have been in mid-level management role already)

• Nut farm production experience

• Soil preparation, irrigation, and planting

• Fertilizing, herbicide, and pesticide management

Chemical spray programmes knowledge

• Pruning and harvesting

• Staff management and leadership skills

• Problem-solving and time management skills

• Knowledge of farm maintenance

Global Gap or Siza knowledge and experience with these standards.

• Computer literacy 

• Valid driver's license

Salary Package:
