A well-established Dental Practice in Mbombela (Nelspruit), Mpumalanga, is seeking an

HPCSA-Registered Dentist

to join their team permanently. This is an excellent opportunity offering flexibility, strong commission-earning potential, and a supportive clinical environment.

Position Details:

Permanent position

Position available ASAP

Location: Mbombela (Nelspruit), Mpumalanga

Working Hours:

± 140 – 160 hours per month

Flexible working hours

Some Saturday shifts (rotational basis)

Remuneration:

Commission-based: 33%– 50% of turnover

Commission earned on ALL patients, whether accounts are paid or not

No bad debts deducted, minimising financial risk

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ private practice experience

HPCSA registration (must be up to date)

Malpractice/indemnity insurance must be in place

Practice&Support:

Dental Assistant will be provided

Dentists manage their own billing

Practice management system: GoodX
