R 12 000 - R 15 000 CTC 

An established Engineering Consulting Company is looking for a professional and organised Personal Assistant to support the Director with administrative and office duties.

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric
  • Additional qualifications in Finance will be advantageous 
  • 3 Years of experience in a PA / Administrative role
  • Experience with invoicing and capturing
  • Experience in the construction industry will be beneficial 
  • Computer literate (MS Office essential)
  • Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing and data capturing
  • General PA and administrative support to the Director
  • Managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence
  • Filing and document control
  • Assisting with office administration and day-to-day operations
