Underground Mine Surveyor (POS402)

Based: Newcastle

Salary: R45 – 55 000.00

• Qualified Mine Surveyor with an Advanced Chamber of mines certificate
• Valid driver's license
• A minimum of 4-5 years mining experience in both underground and surface environment is required.

Key performance areas include:

• Updating prescribed plans,
• Measuring and calculating monthly tonnages mined, ensuring that all surveys are done in accordance with the survey code of practice,
• Controlling and developing the applicable key performance areas in the Survey section.
• Performing any ad hoc or other reasonable duties as and when requested from time to time.
